EFFORT, SELF-IMPROVEMENT AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
The #weareheroes team who took part in the PILGRIM Race is made up of eight people. Five of those people have a disability, and the other three members were there to help them overcome any adversity along the Way. All of them are ILUNION workers.
The aim of the race is to promote bike tourism and to invite the public to a personal event that not only celebrates sports and nature, but that also promotes values such as effort, self-improvement and personal development, and in the case of ILUNION Hotels, the integration of disability through teamwork.
