It originates in Tijuana, Mexico at Cardini Remigio's Caesar's restaurant. The original recipe did not include anchovies, nor chicken these were added when the famous salad became popular

You can adopt the recipe to your needs, even making the recipe vegan by swapping out the chicken for vegan bites.

The chicken breasts are confit in olive oil with a mixture of citrus and spices to give them our special touch
