Being an emblem of Spanish cuisine, we know that since prehistoric times, humans have consumed eggs from birds. The domestication of the hen allowed us better control and quantity of production.

Eating them with a Rioja red wine will complement the fusion of ham and egg.

We use only organic eggs and potatoes from our local supplier.
