TV CHANNELS

All hotel rooms have over 20 channels showing public, private and international television networks and offering continuous and themed information. (The list of available channels may change).

SAFE

This service costs €3 per day and a €10 deposit must be left with e about long-stay reception. Enquire about long-stay rates.

PUBLIC LAUNDRY 

There are washing machines and dryers available to wash and dry your clothes that work using tokens. Tokens can be bought at reception and cost €7 for a washing machine token and €5 for a dryer token.

WI-FI INTERNET

There is free Wi-Fi available in rooms and common areas. Please ask for the password at reception.

For calls between apartments dial 3 followed by the apartment number or 33 followed by the villa number you want to call.

STORAGE AREA

We store your luggage for you until you get back to the hotel. Free service.

PARKING

The private parking costs €10 per day (depending on the season). Enquire at reception for more information.

RESTAURANT

Choose from our wine list at the Buffet Atlantis restaurant. The dining service will be either buffet or menu, depending on the hotel occupancy and the number of diners.

Breakfast: Monday to Sunday 8:30 to 10:30.

Lunch: Monday to Sunday 13:30 to 15:00.

Dinner: Monday to Sunday , 8:00 to 10:00.

LOBBY BAR / FOYER

The bar-cafeteria is located in the hotel foyer. It is a casual space to enjoy a continental breakfast or a beverage in a comfortable setting. There is also the adjoining La Terraza terrace, designed to be a meeting point to enjoy a drink with friends on those long summer nights and to watch our night-time entertainment shows. In high season, enjoy our Gastrobar, with its a tasty menu of traditional local dishes and snacks with all guests in mind.

GASTROBAR

Our à la carte restaurant with terrace next to the swimming pool where you can taste typical dishes of the area at an irresistible price, enjoy dinner while enjoying the evening entertainment show. Reserve your table.

SWIMMING POOL

Heated pool open all year round. Free service.

Opening times: 9:00 to 21:00. Opening hours may change slightly depending on the season.

Pool towels may be requested at reception. €10 deposit / towel Room towels may not be used at the pool.

SPORT

The paddle tennis court can be rented for a fee of €5 per hour. Contact reception to book the court. A €10 deposit is required for equipment.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT DAYS

Official check in is at 4.00 p.m. but if the guest has full board, he/she will have lunch on the day of arrival, and the key to the flat will be given to him/her as soon as it is ready. Check-out day: Until 12 noon, from which time all services contracted may no longer be used. The cost of an extra night will be charged in the event of late departure from the room. If you would like to use the hotel facilities for the rest of that day, please enquire at reception.

ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL

BEACH TOWELS

You can enjoy the beach towel service free of charge. If you wish to exchange your towel, ask us. Important: Hold on to your proof of deposit as you will need to show it to reception when you leave. In the event of loss of the deposit slip or the towel, the cost shall be of €10 per towel.

CLEANING

Cleaning every 3 days, although you can contact us for any need you may have, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

ENTERTAINMENT

During your stay, you can enjoy the entertainment activities for adults and children. Miniclub service for four to eight years old(every day*) and Maxi service for nine to fifteen years old (weekends and high season). *Enquire at reception. Night-time entertainment every day.

TOURIST TRAIN

Approximately every 20 minutes, leaving from the door of the hotel to La Loma/ Torre del Puerco beach (currently from 11am to 2pm and from 5pm to 8pm, subject to change).Consult timetables according to season

BEACH CAPACITY

There is a Chiclana Town Council app to check the capacity of the beaches: "PlayasApp Chiclana".

IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY

Dear customer, if you smell burning or discover a fire, please follow these instructions: Immediately inform reception, indicating your room number. Follow the recommendations given by the staff of this establishment. Do not shout! Exit your room making sure to close the Windows and the door.

Do not use the lifts! Follow the marked escape route but do not run. If you notice smoke, stay as close as possible to the ground as you make your way to the exit: Crawl if necessary! If the path to the exit is blocked by smoke or fire, go back to your room, shut the door and stay inside. Make your situation known. Draw attention to yourself from the window.
