ILUNION Auditori is a Special Employment Centre, which means that over 70% of the staff at this hotel are people with some kind of disability. Special Employment Centres are a new kind of integration model in the tourism industry and can be used as an example to showcase workforce integration. It is an innovative project highlighting our trust in this group to the world, and particularly to the tourism industry, which is the main driver of the national economy. It proves that they can manage a hotel of these characteristics in an integrated manner, that is, by showing the world that they have no limits.
