SEC - SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT CENTRES
Eleven of our hotels are run as Special Employment Centres. This is a new kind of integration model in the tourism industry and can be used as an example to showcase workforce integration.
In a Special Employment Centre, over 70% of workers are people with some type of disability. Its main aim is to carry out productive work within the market in which it operates, ensuring paid employment and the provision of services through the personal and social adjustments required by workers with a disability.
